1. Enrollment & Payment
By enrolling in any Alberta Film School (AFS) program, you agree to pay the full tuition as outlined at the time of enrollment. Payment plans may be available upon request. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
2. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request relative to the program start date. Please contact our admissions team at [email protected] for specific refund terms. Workshop fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
3. Attendance & Conduct
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Excessive absences may affect your ability to receive a certificate of completion. AFS reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct disrupts the learning environment.
4. Intellectual Property
Students retain ownership of all creative work produced during their time at AFS. AFS may request permission to use student work for promotional purposes, but this is always optional and credited.
5. Equipment & Facilities
Students are responsible for any equipment checked out during their program. Damage or loss of equipment due to negligence may result in replacement charges. Studio facilities must be used in accordance with AFS guidelines.
6. Website Usage
By using the AFS website, you agree not to misuse the site or its content. All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Alberta Film School unless otherwise noted.
7. Limitation of Liability
AFS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program or service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
AFS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued enrollment or use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
